Our activity is based
on three whales. They are
Research, Technology and
Development. What they
support is purely practical:
our desire to get for our customers
more benefits from information
technology than they regularly can get.
We start from Research when we see a way
to improve the use of information and there is no
established solution on how to do that. If we succeeded
to find a solution, then we take it to Development stage trying

to apply it to practical problems. If the solution proves its effectiveness it becomes a part of Technology.
This approach places special requirements on the team members. They must be not just skilled, but rather creative and talented. We try to gather researchers and developers with proven experience in creating new algorithms and technological solutions.

It might be better to call Evolutionary Software a "from Research to Development" company.
